Report Network Abuse
If you have received spam, experienced a DDoS attack, or identified other abusive activity originating from our network, please report it. We take every report seriously.
How to report
Send your report to abuse@zcloud.mu. Our abuse team reviews all reports and responds to confirmed incidents as quickly as possible.
Please write in English or French. Include as much detail as possible — the more evidence you provide, the faster we can act.
What to include in your report
- Your contact details — name, organisation (if applicable), and a reply-to email address.
- The abusive IP address(es) or domain(s) originating from the zCloud network (AS number or WHOIS record helpful if available).
- Timestamps — the date and time of the incident in UTC, including your timezone offset.
- Type of abuse — e.g., spam, DDoS, phishing, malware distribution, illegal content, port scanning.
- Supporting evidence — raw email headers, server logs, network captures (PCAP), screenshots, or URLs.
